Refund Policy
Because physical, digital, and personalized offerings are fulfilled differently, each category has its own return and cancellation conditions.
1. Physical products
Unused, unworn physical products may be eligible for return when requested within 14 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Original shipping charges and return shipping are generally non-refundable unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items promptly after delivery and include clear photographs so an appropriate replacement, refund, or store credit can be considered.
2. Digital readings
A digital reading may be canceled for a full refund before preparation begins. Once the reading has been started, completed, or delivered, it is non-refundable because it is a personalized digital service. Dissatisfaction with an interpretation or the absence of a desired outcome does not qualify for a refund.
3. Personalized talisman art
Personalized talisman art is made for an individual request and is non-returnable once design or production has begun. Cancellations requested before work starts may be eligible for a refund. If the delivered work materially differs from the approved details, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
4. Custom ritual sets
Custom ritual sets are assembled to personal specifications and are generally non-returnable. A cancellation may be accepted before sourcing or assembly begins. Damaged or missing components should be reported promptly after delivery for review.
How to request help
Contact us through the website with your order details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider.
