Shipping Policy
We prepare physical orders with care and provide delivery expectations as clearly as possible.
Processing times
In-stock physical products are prepared after order confirmation. Personalized artwork and custom ritual sets require additional production time. Estimated processing and delivery windows should be shown at checkout or communicated after an order is reviewed.
Shipping estimates
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, and address issues may affect arrival times after an order leaves our care.
Addresses and tracking
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information supplied with the order.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import restrictions imposed by the destination. Customs processing may extend delivery time.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
Contact us if tracking shows unusual delay, loss, or damage. We will review available carrier information and help determine the appropriate next step. Keep packaging and photographs when reporting damage.
Digital delivery
Written readings are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. Confirm that the email address provided with your request is accurate and monitor filtered or spam folders.
