Night Meditation / 2026-06-06

Let the Night Hold You Gently

A comforting reflection for returning to stillness before sleep.

The night can be a soft container. Let it gather the scattered parts of you without asking them to become perfect.

You are allowed to be unfinished. You are allowed to need rest before clarity arrives.

If your thoughts keep moving, give them one quiet sentence: I can return to this tomorrow.

May sleep come gently. May your body feel less guarded. May your spirit remember that stillness is also support.

A gentle reminder

This reflection is offered as symbolic and emotional support. Take what feels grounding, and leave what does not.
